We stand for: Traditional Bavarian gastronomy in the course of time. We present our Donisl in the here and now, without losing the tradition. For us tradition is more than descend customs: Each generation influences those, evolves them or new ones are formed. This is our definition of tradition at the Donisl. At our place we live them and you can experience them.
